Go Raw Pet Food delivers fresh, small-batch raw dog food to homes across northeast Houston. We make every recipe by hand in Huffman, Texas, and deliver it ourselves to Huffman, Atascocita and Kingwood Monday - Thursday, and to North Houston area every Wednesday.
Local delivery is free on orders over $199.

How local delivery works
- Order online. Choose your recipes from our shop. New to raw? Start with the 12lb Newbie Box.
- We text you. Once your order is scheduled, we'll text you with your delivery details.
- Your raw arrives frozen. Store it in the freezer. Thaw one chub at a time in a container in the fridge; once thawed, it keeps for 3–4 days.
Outside our delivery area? We ship frozen.
We ship by UPS Ground on Tuesdays & Thursdays to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, Missouri and Colorado.
- Packed in 100% curbside-recyclable insulated boxes with dry ice
- Arrives in 1–2 business days, with tracking emailed to you
- Shipping is $22 per box, and free on orders over $199
- Shipped orders need to be at least 16lb, for proper boxing, so they stay frozen in transit
- Order before 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday to ship the same day

Delivery questions
Can I set up regular deliveries?
Yes. Choose "Subscribe & Chill" when you order and pick a schedule from every 2 to 8 weeks. You can change, skip or cancel any time.
My shipped box arrived partly thawed. Is it safe?
Yes, as long as it arrived below 40°F you can refreeze it. Our boxes are packed to stay cold for up to 72 hours. If you have any concerns, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
Your first order is covered by our Clean Bowl Guarantee: if Go Raw doesn't work for your pup, contact us within 14 days and we'll troubleshoot with you or refund up to $100.
