Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with your raw or your shipped box, please email us with pictures at contact@gorawpetfood.com within 14 days of delivery. At our discretion, we can replace late spoiled boxes of raw, or issue full or partial refunds. We stand behind the quality of every chub and the care of every shipment.

Our Clean Bowl Guarantee provides assurance for your first order. If our raw does not work for your pups, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to troubleshoot your situation and or provide a refund up to $100 if you're not happy. 

Returns are not accepted because our products are shipped frozen.
