Shipping policy

We ship all products frozen with UPS Ground on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our 100% curbside recyclable boxes with dry ice. We ship to Texas and it's nearby states including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, and Colorado, arriving in 1-2 days. It's a $14-20 shipping cost for a box. Please order before 8am if you'd like an order shipped the same day, on a Tuesday or a Thursday. 

Your tracking info will be sent within your shipping confirmation notification email. 

We closely follow the shipping statuses of every box, and will notify you by email if a delay or problem arises. See our Refund Policy and or our Clean Bowl Guarantee for other related concerns.
