Go Raw delivers locally Mondays - Thursdays to Atascocita & Kingwood areas, and Houston areas on Wednesdays. All delivery details will be communicated via text. See all our local delivery areas and days.
We cold ship UPS Ground on Tuesdays and Thursdays in recyclable boxes with dry ice to Texas and its nearby states, including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, Missouri and Colorado. Shipping costs $22 a box, orders arrive in 1–2 days, and tracking info is emailed.
We closely follow the shipping statuses of every box, and will notify you by email if a delay or problem arises. See our Refund Policy and or our Clean Bowl Guarantee for other related concerns. We do not accept returns because the product is shipped frozen.
Local Delivery
Go Raw offers local delivery Monday through Thursday in the Atascocita and Kingwood areas, with Houston deliveries on Wednesdays. Once your order is scheduled, you'll receive text message updates with your delivery details.
Frozen Shipping
Outside our local delivery area? No problem. We ship frozen raw pet food throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, Missouri and Colorado using UPS Ground.
Orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays in 100% curbside recyclable insulated boxes packed with dry ice to keep your pet's food frozen in transit. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is $22 per box, and tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
